Web Booking Engine

We provide a set of web booking engines for every type of reservation a hotel can take:

Rooms
Wedding functions and event delegates
Spa treatments and day packages
Restaurant tables
Golf tee times

These engines work in full integration with the PMS, so inventories, rates and configuration are monitored in one place without the need to synchronise manually the web presence of the property. Any change in the PMS is automatically propagated to the Web in a few seconds thanks to our cloud servers, while every booking taken on line finds automatically its way to the PMS. We also support integration with third party web booking engines like the Booking Button. Any interfaces to bespoke engines are also feasible.

Vouchers

HART features an on line voucher system which manages all voucher complexity from sale to redemption and expiry.

Channel Manager

We offer our own solution to the problem of multi-channel distribution of prices, availability and rate parity to several hundred channels around the world; the number increases by the day. Built on top of Siteminder, our system offers full two way integration between the PMS and the world of online distribution (IDS, GDS). As in the case of the Web Booking Engine, every change in the PMS is reflected immediately to all the channels while any booking taken on any channel will be added to the PMS automatically.

Synxis Link

We offer a two way link between the Synxis Distribution tools and HART. For properties already using the Synxis system, we can fully integrate and automate the management of rates, reservations and inventories in Synxis from the PMS.

Trust Link

We offer a two way link between the Trust Distribution tools and HART. For properties already using the Trust system, we can fully integrate and automate the management of rates, reservations and inventories in Trust from the PMS.

Cubilis Link

We offer a two way link between the Cubilis distribution tools and HART. For properties already using the Cubilis system, we can fully integrate and automate the management of rates, reservations and inventories in Cubilis from the PMS.

Accounting Links

HART provides Management Accounting functionality out of the box: Budgets, Profit and Loss statements, Managerial reports are parts of the system. However, we also offer a number of interfaces that update Accounting systems atraight from the PMS. A bug number of interfaces are available including Sage and Quick Books as well as a number of smaller local systems. We also provide custom interfaces to any Accounting package that offers simple Import/Export functionality.
