Version information 3,0,1,690.
The following changes have been made to HART PMS since the last release.
Appearance changes that do not affect the functionality of the application e.g. field width, colour changes or button rearrangement are not mentioned in this document.
The Group Booking and the Function Booking Proformas include any deposits linked to them.
The deposit amount is deducted from the Total balance of the booking. Deposits appearing on one off spa treatments are now included in the POS order (created automatically) and are marked as ‘Processed’.
Spa Bookings on the Spa Diary do not ‘break’ anymore when a group reference number is added.
Spa Package discount scenarios now work properly for Non Resident Bookings.

The stores’ setup in Configuration→ Materials (upper part of the window) now has two new buttons: 1) Clear Stock and 2) Restore Stock, for cases that the user needs to amend stock takes.
For A4 and Graphics POS receipt printers: The user can now setup the receipt footer from the Configuration→ Outlets→ Receipt Text footer (as in any other POS receipt setup).
Barcodes report: The user can print item barcode labels from this report.
The Voucher Ledger report now has a landscape printout and includes Notes in it.
Seating information is now included in the HART POS and preparation printout. Preparation printout enhancements (in Graphics).
The void preparation printout bug (large white paper printout) that occurred in one case is now fixed. Item option for items allows the user to add both preset and custom options for the same item.
