Industry Fact File 11 Years Experience Expertise: Front Office Management Revenue Management Memberships Financial Reporting Marc has only been with us since January 2022, however has over 5 years experience using HART Product Development Manager Marc’s speciality is HART functions, revenue & rate plans and finance but his strongest skill is his problem solving. He is hospitality veteran who has previously worked at two of our partners – Farncombe Estate and South Lodge. Marc has said that his favourite part of working at HART is providing solutions to ensure our partners can get the most out of our systems. He is most likely to be found working with Panos, prodding holes in Panos’ coding to find potential problems. Interestingly, if he could have any superpower it would be flying, I’m sure Panos would really appreciate that!
